• All promotional materials have been printed on recycled paper
• Conference registration & confirmations have been issued electronically
• Conference proceedings will be available on CD Rom, eliminating paper waste
• Hotel confirmations sent electronically

 ON-SITE RECYCLING INITIATIVES

• Recycling bins available for attendee badges to be reused
• Recycling bins will be provided for cans, paper and plastic materials
• Water will be served from pitchers and glasses will be reused
• All left over food will be donated to a local charity organization
